iClass Training workshop for schools of the Kwun Tong District

On Jan 10 2014, the iClass development team conducted a training workshop on the operation and application of iClass. Teachers and principals of the Kwun Tong District attended the workshop. In order to give them a clear picture on utilizing iClass for teaching, the team demonstrated how to use this e-learning platform, held practice sessions and encouraged participants to do group exercises with their devices.

Teachers commented that the workshop was very useful. They were convinced that the iClass platform is a powerful tool for providing immediate feedback to students during class. It also helps to increase engagement and interaction inside the classroom. They were impressed by the iClass platform and became more aware of the trends of e-learning.

By using the iClass platform, Dr. Wilton Fok demonstrated how an interactive e-learning class could be conducted on his tablet PC. He also showcased the platform’s latest technology - the Augmented Reality (AR) function.
